Who advised you of my arrest? That was not on the CD. According to the police report on my arrest, I would have also expected Kathy Esposito to ask for time off at Gate 2. This audio CD is far from complete. Want to try again? What is an "intervention"? What is the purpose of an intervention? Who was the woman who talked to me at the station? I would like her full name, address and phone number so I can talk to her. How much was she paid to conduct this "intervention"? If she wrote a report on this intervention, I would like a copy of the report. There was another person being booked before me and I certainly do not recollect him experiencing an "intervention" and I can tell you that his charges were far more serious than mine. In your previous remarks to me while I was being held in cell 10, you had shown your concern that I might be pulling out a camera and one of your officers might think it was something else and do something regretable, like shoot me. Perhaps, I should take that as a warning. At this point, it seems that you are using public resources to label me as mentally unbalanced, mentally unstable.... just because I was taking pictures of construction? That and being a political activist and vociferous police critic. Are such activities illegal or wrong? Are you even attempting to stifle my free speech? When you became police chief, did the new position provide you with a free license to practice psychiatry? We can also discuss your psychiatric issues if you would care to divulge your religious affiliation and whether you have been circumcised. Religion is the epitomy of mental issues. Unfortunately, you're too much of a coward to divulge your religion. As police chief, you actually believe you have the right to label your critics as mentally unbalanced or mentally unstable and using public resources to do so. I'm impressed by your audacity and your political corruption. Frankly, I do not believe you are qualified to be police chief and I will take that issue up in a public way. In response to "The Death of Eurie Stamps" on 12/14/2014, Eurie Stamps, Sr. was lying face down on the ground and was murdered after being shot in the back of the head by Framingham police officer Paul Duncan, who continues to be employed by the police department, thanks to police chief Ken Ferguson, who is becoming more and more complicit in this crime. When I, Harold J. Wolfe, a frequent critic of the Framingham police department, was arrested on 10/29/2014 for mere trespassing, Ken Ferguson arranged for me to have an "intervention" with some employee of the Advocates, Inc. when I was booked at the police station. This "intervention" is Ken Ferguson's attempt to label me as (pick your favorite): mentally unstable, deranged, insane, mental, nuts, whacko, psycho, serial complainer, or all the above. In essence, Ken Ferguson is using public funds to label his critics as deranged so they can be sidelined or arrested for being insane. I asked Mr. Ferguson what his religion is and whether he was circumcised. I consider circumcision a sign of insanity as it is a covenant with an imaginary sky creature. I still await his response. Strangely enough, Paul Duncan was never treated to an "intervention". The questions I ask myself are: Does a police chief have a license to practice psychiatry. Should a police chief use public funds to label police critics? Is Ken Ferguson fit to be a police chief? Should Ken Ferguson and Paul Duncan both be fired? The answer is yes.
