Around 1530 on 10/29/2014, after my court appearance for being arrested
around 1022, I returned to my car parked at Shoppers World with Jim
Rizoli. I decided to take pictures of the Logan Express building under
construction. Then I spotted a police officer (Kathy Esposito, #243)
leaving the construction gate that she was assigned to (to wave construction
traffic in and out) and walk towards me in the Shoppers World parking lot.
Kathryn Esposito is the wife of the arresting officer, Michael Esposito,
in my arrest at Shoppers World.
She walked about 800 feet away from her assigned gate and she was intercepted
by Jim Rizoli, while I backed away to another location with my car to
take pictures from the distance.
She came towards me for the specific purpose of harrassing me and trying
to provoke me. She abandoned her work detail just to harrass me. If
she provoked me, she would arrest me again and I would be in prison.
Kathy Esposito had no legitimate reason to abandon her workplace at the gate
and walk towards me except to harass me and attempt to provoke me.
I felt intimidated by a police officer who abandoned her post, had a gun
and was approachimg me for no other purpose than to harass me
She really doesn't like to be called an escapee from the
Center For The Visually Unpleasant on a web page.
