This interesting document was found on my front lawn on a nice crisp day in October. At first, I thought it was merely an envelope that had blown onto my lawn. Someone may have thought I was the local Framingham Wikileaks. So be it. Looks legit to me. Click on any image to expand it and and then click again.

It should be noted that David J. Carlo, head of the FPOU makes the commentaries on the FPOU survey. He is one of those police officers who believes that he is entitled to a coffee break at the very beginning of his shift as the first order of business.
