I just love to see the one and only Framingham police parking enforcement vehicle parked at an expired parking meter. By law, they can do this, because they are clearly above the law, but they fail to appreciate the hypocrisy they practice by doing this. The least they can do is park it in an unmetered slot so that they don't look like complete hypocritical buffoons..... The current Framingham police motto is Dedicated to Excellence in Public Safety and we should be thankful it's not Dedicated to Excellence in Public Parking. Next year's motto is: Proudly Serving The Community.
